I am new at this "Web Mistress" stuff, so please forgive the relative sparse nature of my site at the moment. This is very much a work-in-progress, and my time to work on it can sometimes be pretty limited.

Below I will document the changes I make to my site as it grows and evolves.

3/29/2005	Added Terri's Workplace Transition Story.  Also, updated Out and Equal Conference information for 2005. Split a discussion of The Difference between Sex and Gender from my Bio page into its own essay. Re-did parts of my Bio page. Re-engineered the site a little bit.  Combined a few things, removed extra pages, etc.  This included incorporating the Serenity page into other pages, and adding a page dedicated to Reluctant Activists.

01/07/2007	I noticed that I haven't added any essays since last May.  Where has the time gone?  I've got several in various stages of completion, simply needing the time and motivation to get them finished.  The first one that I finally finished is an essay entitled "Transition: A Matter of Cost".
01/21/2007	I added a section about my son to my Donna's World page.  I took a couple of photos of him tonight and posted them - he doesn't like his new haircut but I think he looks wonderful (it's probably a parental thing).
01/31/2007	I added an update to Joanna's Workplace Transition Story (The original was posted in Jan of 2005 - thanks for the update, Joanna!) I added a couple of fairly recent photos to my Recent Photos page. I separated the 2006 Blog entries from the general Blog to the 2006 Blog page for those who care to go back in time.... I've got a couple more things to add but I'm too sleepy to do it tonight...   :)
