Sightings and Upcoming Events....

(Updated 8/26/2003)

Little by little I have felt more and more comfortable in speaking out as an advocate of transgender issues, and of diversity and acceptance in general. I think this website is a tangible demonstration of that.

I am invited to speak to students and groups around the country and find that to be a very fulfilling and worthwhile endeavor. The kids I speak to seem genuinely interested in this unique situation, and seem to be able to view it free from the misconception and prejudice that so often tend to cloud things. Their thought-provoking questions often provide new insights for me, so as long as I feel that these efforts provide value (for me as well as for others), I will continue them.
